LOST PARCELS
If you think your order has been lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date; that is a total of 28 days from the date the order was placed. After that date, your order cannot be refunded or replaced.
Royal Mail require a period of time to pass before a parcel may be considered as 'lost', therefore we cannot speed up the process. If your order has still not arrived after this time Little Loves will send a replacement. No refunds will be given for lost orders to protect us against fraudulent claims.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders on which an incorrect delivery address has been provided.

PROCESSING TIMES
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most items are 12-14 days but larger items and orders may take up to 21 days.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS DUE TO CUSTOMS.

POSTAGE INCREASE
Due to the ongoing issue of lost parcels; Little Loves have decided to send all orders over £20 as 'Tracked and Signed For' therefore there has been a necessity to increase postage by a small amount to cover the additional overhead, this protects both the buyer and seller.
